Hi Picket Fence Realty.... I just HAVE to take a minute to let you know how impressed I was to receive your advertisement card in my Daily Herald newspaper this morning...I was impressed that all of you had taken the time to actually sign the ad card! (or at least it looks very real!!!). If this is really true that you have signed that card - kudos to you for lending such a special touch (especially in today's computer world!). When I need to begin looking for a townhouse (my near future plan) and list my present home for sale, I will certainly call you first! Already a fan....

Even on a bright day it helps to turn on some lights in the main rooms of the house. If you are using shades or heavy drapes to eliminate a less-than-perfect view, you may want to consider replacing them with translucent curtains in a light color. Sunshine definitely helps to sell homes!
